To continue delivering that value, we’re actively looking for the next project manager to join the onboarding team and play an active role in taking our customers from a signed sales agreement to launching their website.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital or web development environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of web development processes, SEO, and design principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools. Experience in Notion is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding

• Take part in client meetings to outline project expectations and timelines.
• Review the completed onboarding form and gather all necessary information for project initiation.
• Perform tasks required to provision a site, ensuring all technical requirements are met, and the project brief is updated.
• Provide regular project updates to customers, maintaining open and effective communication.

Implementation

• Lay out web pages, ensuring they meet project specifications.
• Follow guidelines for ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.
• Communicate project updates with customers, ensuring they are informed of progress.
• Manage timely integration of third-party credentials, forms, and code as required.
• Oversee any necessary design and settings revisions based on client feedback.
• Prepare projects for launch, ensuring all technical aspects are in place and reviewed with the internal team.
• Communicate and ensure follow-up is completed with the client.
